Co-Founded in 2009 as a family based company, the business and team has continued to grow through our two locations in Perth and Bunbury.
While we are a team united in our vision to provide the homes and businesses of Western Australia the opportunity to have more Natural Daylight in their lives, all of our team bring with them a skill set and personality that brightens our lives and those of our customers every day.
Vishnu Bhanderi
General Manager Skylights WA
Vishnu is the General Manager of Skylights WA, Vishnu is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
In the past Vishnu has worked as a manager in various retail industries and has a broad knowledge in marketing and business management. Vishnu is passionate about continual professional growth and when he is not working alongside the team at Skylights WA he is searching for the next course or seminar to attend.
Vishnu is actively involved in serving the community through his work with non-profit organisations.
Shyam Bhanderi
Operations Manager Skylights WA
Shyam is the operations manager of Skylights WA. Having worked in a family run retail business, Shyam has gained a vast knowledge in business and financial management, and understands the needs and wants of the customer.
Always looking for business opportunities, Shyam travelled to the UK and worked in the glazier industry to expand his knowledge. With this new found knowledge of the product and installation he worked alongside a start up business in the European glass industry.
Shyam is passionate about most sports, however when it comes to picking two it comes down to cricket and soccer!
Carolyn Ladyman
Administration Manager
Carolyn is a broadly experienced administrative professional, having worked in banking, agriculture, construction and home improvement industries. Carolyn has been with the business almost from the start, joining the team in 2010.
Carolyn is passionate about the innovation and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, so that our clients have a great experience dealing with us!
Carolyn is a dedicated family person, with interests in farming, community sports and travel.
Stewart Lunn
Construction Manager
Stewart is a broadly experienced carpentry trade qualified, building industry professional.
Originating from New Zealand, Stewart has broad knowledge of the entire construction process, particularly general structural carpentry and roof carpentry including right from footings, all the way to decoration/painting!
Stewart has led our team of Skylight Technicians since 2012, in all matters of technical detail, quality and final finish. He is continually liaising with clients, listening to their aspirations of daylight in their homes, and makes that happen onsite!
Stewart is a passionate family man, active in basketball, kids/community sports, and dirt bikes.
Jenny Oehme
Daylight consultant
Jenny is our most experienced Daylight Consultant, based in our Perth showroom. After joining us in 2014, Jenny has been a client favourite with her very hospitable welcome, and extremely knowledgeable service across all the skylight and ventilation products in our showroom.
Jenny has a background in nursing and administration, and is a Perth northern suburbs resident. Jenny is passionate about family, friends and travel, who is our in-house baking expert as well which makes the whole team very happy and healthy every week!
Melissa Blaskovic
Daylight consultant & Sales Administration
Melissa joined the team in 2022 in her role as Daylight Consultant / Sales Administration.
Melissa has a strong background in administration, accounts, internal sales, customer service and showroom consultancy roles.
Melissa has grown up in Perth and enjoys catching up with family and friends, cycling, outdoor adventures and is a passionate Collingwood Magpies supporter.
Lesley ridgway

Lesley is another member of our friendly Daylight Consultant team here at the Perth showroom. Lesley has a strong background in administration, teaching and has a tertiary qualification in education.
Since joining us in 2020 Lesley has cemented her place with her friendly and knowledgeable approach to our clients informing them about the whole product range either in the showroom, or on the telephone.
Lesley is a Perth northern suburbs resident, and is passionate about family, netball, theatre and performing arts generally.
Sally Horsley
Daylight Consultant
Sally has just joined the team at Skylights WA to assist in the very busy South West Office as a Daylight Consultant. Sally comes from a background in interiors, kitchen/bathroom design, so is a very natural fit for the skylights we offer our clients!
Sally is excited to see just how much the Velux Roof Windows and Solatube Skylights change kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces for our clients!
Peter Meintjes
Scheduler and Warehouse Manager
Pete is our Scheduler and Warehouse Manager and is the busiest person in the business most days! Pete has a background in IT, the military, and medicine and has the calmest temperament in the face of winter storms and late deliveries!
Pete is scheduling up to 100 installations per week across our Skylight Technician team, which certainly keeps him busy! Pete is resident in Perth’s northern beaches and loves travel, camping, family and is a pretty tidy squash player at a state level!
Pete has been with us since 2015 and is most likely to have crisps in his top drawer in the office!
Ben Newman
Skylight Technician
Ben joined the team in 2021 as a Skylight Technician in the Perth office. Ben comes to us with a background in interior fit outs, including partitions, ceilings and gyprocking. Ben has completed his training and has fitted in perfectly, particularly with his gyprocking background when it comes to Velux installations.
Ben is a family man, and hails from Perth’s northern suburbs, you can’t miss his big smile and very friendly approach!
Dylan Pike
Skylight Technician
Dylan is a skilled professional with 8 years of experience in the installation of skylights. He operates from our Perth office and possesses a strong background in the building and construction industry.
Dylan’s wealth of knowledge in the field allows him to leverage his expertise in Skylights and Velux windows during each installation, ensuring that customers receive nothing short of remarkable satisfaction. Known for his efficiency and unwavering dedication, Dylan works tirelessly to complete projects promptly while upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
When he’s not on the job, Dylan finds joy in engaging in a variety of sports activities, immersing himself in DIY projects around his home, and savouring the experience of a finely crafted beer.
Brad Lewis
Skylight Technician
Brad underwent a career transition at the beginning of 2022 and joined Skylights WA as a skilled Skylight technician. Since then, he has been an esteemed asset to our team, utilizing his diverse range of skills to consistently deliver impeccable and efficient skylight installations.
In addition to his professional contributions, Brad cherishes moments spent with his family, engaging in activities such kicking a ball, creating music, and occasionally undertaking DIY projects.
